Ashley M. Caruso is a Mississippi native and Louisiana settled. Ashley has been in private practice representing litigants and providing counsel since 2017. She is no stranger to a courtroom and handles all facets of litigation. She focuses on business litigation but enjoys consulting and providing general counsel.

Ashley graduated with her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Memphis (‘13). From there, she graduated from Loyola University College of Law - New Orleans (‘16). She finished up her education with her Masters in Business Administration from Mississippi State University (‘22). Ashley resides in Baton Rouge with her husband, children, and their dog. Her family are active members in Zoar Baptist Church.

She is licensed in all state courts in Louisiana (‘16), Texas (‘24), and Mississippi (‘24), all federal courts in Louisiana and Mississippi, including the United States’ Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and The Supreme Court of the United States of America. Ashley is also admitted to practice before all bankruptcy courts in Louisiana.
